Lawrence, 36, earned a OBL Finals wild-card spot after coming up just short at the OBL New York Regional. The Brooklyn native starred at St. John’s, leading the Big East in assists with 5.6 in 2007-08 and finishing his Red Storm career top-five all time in assists. He has also competed for more than a decade on various high-level, professional international teams.
