Hosley, 36, has made a name for himself in Baltimore and the surrounding locales over the years by putting on a show with his scoring ability and ball-handling wizardry. He earned one of four OBL Finals wild card spots after going unbeaten on Saturday at the OBL DMV Regional before falling to eventual champion Kevin Kuteyi.
